FEA

Mechanical integrity development is a specialization we offer, either in conjunction with equipment design or as a standalone service for our clients. In our projects, we typically combine both analytical methods and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) methods. The analytical calculation method is based on equations and can be used to calculate regular cross-sections under relatively simple loading conditions.

The FEA method is necessary for calculating complex shapes where the simplified analytical method cannot provide accurate results.

A reliable design is about achieving the right form that does not cause stress concentrations. If you are dealing with persistent cracks, failures, or deformations, a thorough analysis of stresses and deformations can help identify the right solution and make your equipment reliable.
